My Cases — Complainants, Victims & witnesses

As a complainant, victim, and/or a witness, you may want to know more about your rights and obligations. You may feel left out of the process. You may feel that the Crown and the police are not listening. You may have lied to police, and now you're worried about your jeopardy. Or, maybe you haven't yet reported the incident, and you're wondering if you should. In the cases below, I try to give you a sense of the variety of ways in which I can help. All information has been edited, of course, to protect my clients' privacy.
