Sherry's Case — Cause Disturbance — Police Report

Charges:   Causing a Disturbance and Threatening to Cause Death

Police Report:   The victim in this matter has an extreme allergy involving peanuts. Prior to this date unknown suspects threw a leather glove filled with peanut butter into the family pool. As a result police investigated the matter and at one point the accused's son was involved as a possible suspect. On this date, the accused showed up on the front door of the complainant's address posing as trick or treaters. She then confronted the complainant about the peanut butter incident and began arguing and yelling. During this argument she threatened to have her son bring peanut butter to school everyday. She also stated, "I can't wait til that kid gets into high school." The accused continued yelling and screaming to the point that neighbours became alarmed. Police responded and the accused was arrested and released on a Form 10/11.1.
