Sandeep's Case — Sexual Assault — Police Report

Police Report:  The victim in this matter is a 15-year-old female youth. At approximately 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday the 7th of October 1997, the victim was at a school tennis tournament. The victim was playing with a ball, which the Accused retrieved for her. In doing so, the Accused poked the victim through the fence on her breasts. The victim told the Accused "don't", and walked away.

Later that day, while the victim was walking home, the Accused caught up to the victim as they lived on the same street. While walking along Barley Road, the Accused made lewd and sexually explicit comments to the victim. The victim alleged at this point that the Accused grabbed the victim's breasts. The victim again told the Accused "don't". The victim continued to walk home with the Accused continuing to make sexually explicit comments.

When the victim got to her house, it is alleged that the Accused grabbed the victim again in the breast. The victim, on entering her home, called a friend to tell her about what the Accused had done.

The Accused and the victim go to the same school, but are not in the same classes.
