Your Role — Keep Me Informed

Just as the best wife in the world cannot make a great marriage on her own, I cannot be fully effective without your cooperation. Your matter will likely last months. During this time, you will need some peace of mind. To achieve this and to make the most of our relationship, you must follow three simple rules:  

• When you have a question, ask it.
• When you have a concern, raise it.
• When you have a need, make me aware of it.

Do not hesitate to again ask a question you might have asked on an earlier occasion. Do not feel embarrassed that you will be asking me to repeat myself. You will not be wasting my time. I’m happy to do it. It’s part of my commitment to you.
