Police Report:  On Tuesday, the 21st day of October 1997, Officers from the Special Investigation Services, Vice/Pornography Section received information about a quantity of child pornography located at 110 Gander Road, North York. A Criminal Code search warrant was obtained for 110 Gander Road, North York. On the same day, at approximately 8:45 p.m., the Criminal Code search warrant was executed and a quantity of child pornography was located in the sleeping quarters of the accused, Roland H. Roland H. was located and arrested on scene, 110 Gander Road, North York.

The child pornography consisted of one large hard covered book and several magazines depicting boys under the age of eighteen years involved in sexually explicit acts.

The accused was advised of his rights and released on the scene with an appearance notice.
