My Profile — Who I Am

I am a Criminal Defence Attorney practicing in the Toronto area and throughout Ontario. I am a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and of the Criminal Lawyers' Association. I was called to the bar on 8 February 1994. From that day, I have only practiced criminal law.

I regularly appear in Toronto's seven Criminal Courts and those in Newmarket, Brampton, Oshawa, Milton, Burlington, and Oakville. I have also appeared in the Criminal Courts of Belleville, Barrie, Bradford, Brantford, Cobourg, Guelph, Hamilton, Kitchener, Lindsay, Minden, Orangeville, Ottawa, Owen Sound, Picton, Port Hope, Stratford, St. Catherine's, and Walkerton.

I am comfortable working with people from all backgrounds, and have clients from every imaginable walk of life. In addition to defending clients charged with criminal and other offences, I provide advice to victims, witnesses, sureties, clients under investigation, clients wanting seized property returned, and others in a variety of unfortunate situations.
