My Cases — Disclosure Motions

Disclosure is the information and documentation the Crown provides to us concerning your case. Normally, the Crown provides a copy of this material without a fuss. Sometimes, however, they refuse to provide everything I need to properly defend you. A Disclsoure Motion is a request for a Judge to order the Crown to provide a copy of something they have and that we want. Click on the links below to learn more.
