Police Report:   On Sunday, November 17, 2002, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Joseph K. assaulted and threated Carl T. at S*** Avenue/C*** Drive. Carl T. decided to see a Justice of the Peace.

Complainant's Statement:   On or about 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2002, Mr. Joseph K. assaulted me by grabbing my neck in an attempt to choke me. He was infuriated/screaming and on a number of times he pushed me in a forceable manner. I told him this is not the place and time for such a display. He did not care and continued his taunting until finally he grabbed me around the neck (left side, near my collar bone). On two occasions during the attack, he mentioned he would kill me; why did I make problems with the family, and, "Why am I?" Prior to attacking me, he had just had an encounter with another guest. My neck and left shoulder and arm are sore as a result of the attack. If the soreness persists, I will attend physiotherapy. I am extremely concerned about the death threat and need action to be taken.
