Irwin's Case — Drug Trafficking — Police Report

Police Report:  On Saturday, the 3rd day of March, 2001, members of the 32 Plainclothes Unit and the Toronto Drug Squad Northwest attended a rave. This rave was located at the L*** Night Club at 48 Red Street in the City of Toronto. Patrons were subject to search upon entry to the club as per conditions printed on the ticket.

On the above date, at approximately 10:15 p.m., the Accused was searched upon entering the front doors of the L*** Night Club. A blue bag was located on the Accused, containing 15 small Ziplock bags, 3 marijuana cigarettes, and another small baggie of marijuana.

The Accused was charged accordingly and released on a Form 9 Promise to Appear.
