Hairun's Case — Indecent Act — Police Report

Police Report:   On Sunday, the 16th of July 1995, at approximately 2:45 p.m., the two female victims were walking north bound on Kenneth Drive, in the City of Mississauga. 

At this time, the two victims were walking past the northwest corner of 2** Eleanor Street, located at the corner of Kenneth Drive and Eleanor Street. The Accused then gained their attention by whistling at them. When the victims looked up, they observed the Accused standing in the window of a corner unit of 2** Eleanor Street. The Accused was completely naked, and was exposing his erect penis in plain view of the two victims. This incident was then reported to 2** Eleanor Security.

On Monday, the 31st of July 1995, police were in attendance at 2** Eleanor Street, answering another indecent act complaint involving the same Accused when this incident was brought to light.

On Thursday, the 3rd of August 1995, Constable B*** attended at Clarence Court, Brampton, and swore before Justice of the Peace L**** to a summons to issue charging the Accused with the above offence.
