Greg's Case — Assault & Mischief — Police Report Client: Greg, Accused Police Report: The accused lived with the victim (Sigmund C.) for four years at 52 Yellow Street, Oshawa, where they operated a business together out of their home address. In October 1998, the accused moved out of the residence. On October 19th, 1999, the accused entered the residence and confronted the victim. An argument developed, and the accused stated that he was taking possession of the house. He started to move things into the residence, and the victim, at one point, locked the back door. The accused broke the window of the door with a planter, and again entered the residence. During this altercation, the accused assaulted the victim by pushing the victim. The police attended while the accused was still in the house, and he was subsequently arrested. |
