My Cases — Driving Offences
The Crown is tough on driving offences, especially drinking and driving.
For many of you, having a driver's licence is essential. It's something
worth fighting for. If you've been charged, you may feel overwhelmed,
and not know your options. When Earl first
saw me, he defeatedly told me: "I know I can't beat the machine."
He was mistaken. Keith had no reason to feel
confident, but that changed the morning of the trial. I told Seth
that he had a slim-to-none chance. In the end, my caution looked like
false modesty. All information has been edited, of course, to protect
my clients' privacy.
