You are welcome to contact me by telephone or by e-mail. I answer my telephone seven days a week, sometimes until late evening. I monitor my e-mails and voice-mail throughout the day.

I prefer, however, that you contact me by telephone. There are three reasons. First, your e-mail will travel along public highways, leaving information deposits in its wake. It should not be used for highly sensitive information. Second, if I'm available, I will speak with you immediately. Third, if I'm out of the office, I have better access to my voice-mail than e-mail, and will be able to respond faster.
