My Cases — Child Pornography

Accessing, possessing, importing, distributing, and making child pornography — what ugly words! It's as if Macbeth's witches had cast a spell, forever cursing anyone whose name was caught in the same sentence. If you or a loved one has been so charged, you know of what I write. The presumption of innocence, while under attack on other charges, appears to have gone into hiding on these. I even heard a senior defence counsel tell me: "I won't do these charges. My wife won't let me." Yes, these charges are a challenge. But that doesn't mean we roll over. Read the links below to learn more. All information has been edited, of course, to protect my clients' privacy.
