My Cases — Bail Hearings

A bail hearing is where a Justice decides if you will be released from custody pending the outcome of your charge. If released, the Justice will impose conditions that you must obey. The Justice will release you if we convince her that you will attend Court as required and that you will stay out of trouble. Usually, the Justice will require another person to supervise you. This person, called a surety, must sign as a financial guarantor. Read the case below to learn more. All information has been edited, of course, to protect my client’s privacy.
